Qualifications
• Top-notch customer service skills
• Minimum of 6 months of detailing experience needed including wet sanding, compounding, and polishing

 • Ceramic coating or PPF installation experience is a plus
• Energetic, motivated, and positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Dependable and reliable
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Must have transportation and speak conversational English
• Frequent standing, bending/kneeling, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities
• Provide top-notch customer service experience during every interaction
• Responding client questions or concerns in a responsible and professional manner
• Exceeding expectations of guests by pre-cleaning vehicles, preparing them for the wash
• Speed – Work with other team members to ensure guests’ vehicles are attended to in a timely manner
• Duties include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, deodorizing interiors, operating pressure washing equipment.  

• Assisting management, team members, and guests with other roles/duties as needed
• Safety – Maintain and follow safety procedures at all times
• Engage guests and team members in a friendly, courteous manner
• Clean equipment and facility to company standards during each shift
