A spot-free wash is a thorough cleaning process that uses purified, deionized water to wash and rinse the aircraft. This type of water is free from minerals and impurities that can cause water spots and streaks. The result is a clean, shiny aircraft without any unsightly spots. 

Dry wash, or waterless wash, is a cleaning method that uses specially formulated products to clean and protect the aircraft's exterior without the need for water. This method is particularly beneficial in areas where water use is restricted or where traditional washing methods are impractical. 

We carefully and meticulously clean, condition, and polish the de-ice boots on an aircraft. 

We apply a fresh layer of sealant to the deicing boots to ensure the boots remain effective and prolongs their lifespan. .

Wet sanding an airplane is a meticulous process used to smooth out imperfections in the aircraft's exterior surfaces.   It requires expertise and precision to avoid damaging the paint or underlying materials. Our professionals use specialized equipment and techniques to achieve smooth, flawless finishes while preserving the integrity of the aircraft's exterior. 

 We first do a thorough inspection of the aircraft's paint and identification of imperfections such as scratches, oxidation, or swirl marks. We use a compound polish  to remove deep scratches, oxidation, and other imperfections from the paint surface using a rotary polisher, working in small sections.  After compounding is complete, the aircraft is polished to refine the paint surface and restore its shine.  Lastly, we apply a high-quality ceramic wax to protect the paint and enhance the shine, which provides months of protection.

Ceramic wax offer long-lasting protection against UV rays, oxidation, corrosion, and environmental contaminants such as bird droppings and acid rain. The slick surface reduces drag and improves aerodynamics, potentially contributing to fuel efficiency. The hydrophobic properties of ceramic wax make it easier to remove dirt and grime during regular cleaning. While not as permanent as ceramic coatings, ceramic waxes typically offer extended protection compared to traditional waxes, lasting several months to a year depending on environmental conditions and maintenance.

Ceramic coatings contain ceramic nanoparticles or SiO2 (silicon dioxide) that form a hard, transparent shield when applied and cured. Our ceramic coating provides long-lasting protection for your aircraft. Ceramic coating creates a hydrophobic layer that repels water and prevents dirt and grime from sticking paint.  Ceramic coatings typically last longer than traditional waxes and sealants, providing protection for 24-36 months depending on environmental conditions and maintenance practices.

Removing decals and wraps from an aircraft requires careful attention to avoid damaging the underlying paint and surfaces. We will need to know how long ago the decal or wrap was installed. We will remove the adhesive, clean the area, and polish the area to restore the shine.
